Upon making payment for the first Subscription, all ordered products shall be made immediately available to the Subscriber. All payments shall be made in US dollars unless agreed otherwise by Organisation. All and any bank charges in connection with US dollar payments shall be paid by the Subscriber. Monthly and Yearly Subscriptions will be taken from the same bank account of the Subscriber from which his first payment was made on the same date in each month or year as appropriate (or the next Business Day if that date is not a Business Day) until the Subscription is cancelled by the Subscriber
